Objective

Address Beach Resort stands as a 77-storey architectural landmark at the prestigious Jumeirah Beach Residence, where two elegant towers are united by a dramatic sky bridge suspended 100 metres above ground. The property has earned global recognition through its Guinness World Records — including the world's highest outdoor infinity pool at approximately 965 feet, offering uninterrupted panoramic views across Bluewaters Island and Palm Jumeirah, and recognition as the tallest occupiable skyscraper featuring a continuous facade.

Positioned at the southern tip of JBR, the resort provides guests with seamless access to The Walk promenade and a private stretch of pristine beach. The 217-room property delivers a comprehensive luxury experience — including the acclaimed ZETA Seventy Seven restaurant, an indulgent spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities and multiple swimming pools alongside the iconic rooftop infinity pool. Creative Dialog was appointed to deliver a wayfinding system that worked with this calibre of interior design rather than against it.

Our Approach

Creative Dialog approached the brief with the understanding that wayfinding in environments of this calibre must complement, not compete. The goal was a harmonious balance between warmth and precision — a system that quietly does its job while remaining sympathetic to the interior palette around it.

_We grounded the design in natural timber-effect panels set within crisp black metal frameworks, anchoring the signage system with understated authority.

_We established the design language through a vertical directory totem with elongated proportions, presenting floor-level information in a clear hierarchy with bilingual messaging that serves the property's diverse guest profile. A subtle black accent band delineates key floors, adding visual interest while reinforcing the information architecture.

_We developed directional signage that continues this refined aesthetic, with amenity wayfinding and room numbering presented on matching timber panels that feel organic against the neutral wall finishes, and consistent slim black frames creating a cohesive family of signs that reads as a unified system rather than disparate elements.

_We applied restrained typography throughout — clean sans-serif letterforms in a muted palette that prioritise legibility without competing with the surrounding interior design — with floating directional arrows integrated seamlessly to guide guests to amenities including the swimming pool, gym, children's room and games room with quiet efficiency.

_We delivered a modular kit of parts that scales appropriately from comprehensive directory information through to compact room identification plaques, each maintaining the same material integrity and proportional refinement.

The completed system delivers a navigation experience that complements the sophisticated interior palette while remaining ever-present yet visually unobtrusive — ready to assist guests intuitively as they move throughout the property.
