Objective
The Address Resort Fujairah sits on the UAE's east coast, where the Hajar Mountains meet the Gulf of Oman — a markedly different setting to the brand's high-rise Dubai properties, and one that calls for a different design register. The resort is positioned as a relaxed coastal escape: seaside chic rather than urban polish, with a leisure-led pace and an emphasis on natural surroundings.
Creative Dialog was appointed to deliver a wayfinding system that translated the Address brand into this resort context — retaining the refined material quality and disciplined typographic restraint that defines the brand, while letting the coastal setting and the slower, more horizontal rhythm of the property guide the design.
Our Approach
Creative Dialog approached the brief as a brand translation exercise — porting the Address visual register from urban luxury to coastal hospitality without losing the recognisable hallmarks of the parent identity. The goal was a wayfinding system that felt unmistakably Address yet unmistakably Fujairah.
_We grounded the design palette in materials sympathetic to the coastal context, drawing on the natural finishes and tonal range of the resort's architecture and interior environments.
_We developed a signage hierarchy that worked across the resort's full footprint — from arrival and lobby through to dining, leisure, beach amenities and guest rooms — recognising that resort wayfinding handles a wider spatial register than a single tower.
_We established a bilingual Arabic and English typographic system tuned to the property's calm, considered tone, with generous spacing and restrained sizing.
_We designed exterior and interior sign families that share a common visual language but adjust scale and material treatment to suit weather exposure, lighting, and sightline conditions across the resort.
_We delivered the system with implementation documentation suited to a coastal property — accounting for materials, fixings and finishes that perform under sustained sun, humidity and salt exposure.

The completed wayfinding programme reinforces the Address brand's understated luxury positioning while sitting comfortably within Fujairah's coastal setting. Guests are carried through the property with the same quiet precision that defines the wider hospitality experience — refined, legible, and never doing more than it needs to.
