Objective

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE is a landmark luxury property situated within Embassy ONE — a mixed-use development on Bellary Road in the heart of India's technology capital. Developed by Embassy Group with interiors by internationally acclaimed studio Yabu Pushelberg, the 21-storey South Tower houses 230 guest rooms and suites, including 39 suites and a signature Presidential Suite on the 20th floor. The hotel sits within 5.6 acres of landscaped gardens, water features and a 100-foot outdoor pool — creating a resort-like sanctuary that mirrors Bengaluru's celebrated identity as India's Garden City.

The property blends sleek contemporary architecture by HKS Architects and Studio u+a with curated artwork by more than 25 contemporary Indian artists, while destination dining on Level 21 — including award-winning cocktail bar Copitas and Asian brasserie Far & East — anchors the hotel's social experience. Strategically positioned between the Central Business District and Kempegowda International Airport, Four Seasons Bengaluru serves discerning business travellers, leisure guests and residents of the adjoining 105 Four Seasons Private Residences — the first of their kind in India. Creative Dialog was appointed to deliver a wayfinding system worthy of this calibre of property.

Our Approach

Creative Dialog approached the brief as both an interior coherence exercise and a cultural translation — drawing the design language from the geometric vocabulary embedded throughout the hotel's architecture and interiors. The goal was a wayfinding system that reads as part of the design rather than as applied infrastructure.

_We anchored the design around a distinctive open-lattice framework in warm bronze — a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Indian jali screen — that extends beyond the sign face to create depth and visual interest against the hotel's textured wall surfaces.

_We unified the sign family around a consistent motif: a brushed bronze panel paired with the jali detail, scaled and proportioned to suit each function.

_We developed a Main Identification sign that presents the Four Seasons and Embassy ONE branding within a generously framed composition flanked by lattice panels on both sides, establishing a commanding yet refined arrival statement against the natural travertine of the entry facade.

_We designed directional signs in a horizontal format that group destinations with subtle chevrons for immediate orientation — from ballroom and banquet facilities through to meeting rooms and library spaces — with corridor-level markers using the same system to guide guests to room number ranges.

_We reduced room identification to its most elemental: a compact square panel displaying the room number alongside a single lattice element, quietly reinforcing the design narrative at every guest touchpoint.

_We kept typography clean, understated and generously spaced, allowing the materiality and architectural detailing of the signs to do the expressive work.

The Outcome

The result is a wayfinding system that functions as an integrated extension of the hotel's interior design — practical, intuitive, and unmistakably Four Seasons. The warm bronze and gold tones complement the hotel's earth-toned interiors and natural stone finishes, while the lattice framework introduces a layer of shadow and dimension that shifts with ambient lighting conditions. Navigation that belongs to the space, rather than being applied to it.
